FleetOrbit ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of your data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our platform at fleetorbit.co and app.fleetorbit.co.

• Account information: Company name, email address, and password when you sign up.
• Vehicle data: Plate numbers, make, model, insurance details, mulkiya, service records.
• Driver data: Names, phone numbers, Emirates ID, visa, passport, and license details you choose to upload.
• Operational data: Shift check-ins, odometer readings, expense records, and photos uploaded by drivers.
• Usage data: Pages visited and actions taken within the platform, used to improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the FleetOrbit service:

• To operate your fleet management dashboard and driver PWA
• To send compliance expiry alerts and service reminders
• To generate reports and analytics for your account
• To respond to support requests
• To improve the platform based on usage patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS/HTTPS).

Each organisation's data is strictly isolated — no other company can access your vehicles, drivers, or documents.

4. Employee & Driver Data

FleetOrbit processes personal data of your employees (drivers) on your behalf as a data processor. You, as the account holder, are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate consent to upload and manage your employees' personal documents.

We process this data only as instructed by you and only for the purpose of providing the FleetOrbit service.

5. Document Uploads

Documents you upload (Emirates ID, passports, visas, insurance certificates) are stored in secure cloud storage. They are accessible only through your authenticated account and are never shared with third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at support@fleetorbit.co.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
