These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FleetOrbit ("Service"), operated by FleetOrbit ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FleetOrbit, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organisation, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

FleetOrbit is a vehicle and driver management platform that allows businesses to track vehicles, manage drivers, monitor compliance documents, record expenses, and generate operational reports.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@fleetorbit.co if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Free Plan & Paid Plans

FleetOrbit offers a Free plan with limited features and a Pro plan at AED 299/month. The Free plan is available indefinitely within its usage limits (up to 3 vehicles and 3 drivers).

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to FleetOrbit, including vehicle information, driver details, and documents. By uploading data, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload personal data of your employees and drivers, and that appropriate consent has been obtained in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you promptly in the event of a data breach that affects your account.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep FleetOrbit available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will attempt to provide advance notice for planned downtime.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, design, trademarks, and content of FleetOrbit are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FleetOrbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which you may request an export.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
